We offer several options for you to pay your bill, which includes mail, phone or Auto Pay.
- By mail: AEP Energy Services, Inc., PO Box 6329, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6329
- By phone: Call our Customer Care Team at 1-866-258-3782
- By Auto Pay: Login to your online account to have your payments deducted from your bank account every month (see below for details)
